1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging.
- There are no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or invoice).
Items returned that don’t meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, some products can’t be returned, including:
- Used or damaged items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
To start a return, please reach out to our support team at support@primosy.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, you can expect a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include photos of the product and packaging for verification. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and then place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return once received.
